Where I live in Europe, it’s becoming very hot. Scorching days and that don’t let up throughout the day.

That means that I’m walking about with a cold drink in my hand most of the time.

Today, I made Blueberry Smoothies as soon as I got up — a refreshing breakfast, and very more-ish.

Smoothy making is not hard, and it only takes a few minutes to get to the drinking.

Here’s a couple of Smoothy recipes that will get you on your way to delicious tasting drinks.

The basics of .smoothy making is Frozen fruit chunks, coconut milk, and added juice that you can buy in any supermarket.

Of course, your home made fresh fruit juice is a big plus if you prefer.
