Street Photography is a practical activity. — We all do it for various reasons, fun, art, relaxation and many other reasons. But, most of us do have a desire to achieve a high standard when we’re behind the camera. A little inspiration and help from two excellent Street Photographers, Matt Stuart and David Gibson, show us, prompt us, and generally motivate us to pick up our cameras and get outside for more of the good stuff on the street.

A good photo is about content, not what time of day it is. So if I can create a photo that makes the viewer forget about time, and think about the space, then I’m getting closer to my goal as a photographer. — I often lose track of time. especially when I’m busy taking photos. Easter Sunday was a peaceful sunny day, so I grabbed my camera with a 50 mm Sigma lens screwed on the front end. — I’ve spent too much time with the 24–105 mm lens, and it’s making me lazy about edging in close to get a better shot. Just take a walk along Friedrichstrasse or Unter den Linden in Berlin on a Saturday midday, and you’ll see American Classic Car owners showing off their wheels.
